TotalCarb offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with TotalCarb for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@totalcarb.ca with the email address you used at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

TotalCarb is a service operated by Retro Signs & Design, the legal entity behind this App. References to "we", "us", and "our" in this Refund Policy refer to Retro Signs & Design, trading as TotalCarb.
